My name is Monika Schelling.
My hobby is nutrition. I love food, cooking with vegetables which are seasonally cultivated in my own garden.
It is healthy diet which I am devoted to since my childhood.
My heart desire is to support people who wants to change their eating habits and to lose weight in the long term.

-The process usually begins with an interview, which provides the basis for identifying eating behaviours that need to be changed and helping to form healthy eating habits.
-Assessing the individual usual dietary intake , set priorities.
-Providing information, educational materials, support and follow-up care to help the individual make and maintain the needed dietary changes.
-Help with the shopping, if desired
-Sport activity, e.g. Nordic Walking, Walk and Talk
Coaching:
-A one-on-one counseling service designed to help you to improve your eating habits and encourage you to a healthy relationship to food.
-Once the needed changes have been identified, it is important to set realistic goals, short-term, mid-term and in the long-term.
-Create an individual action plan.
