My name is Monika Schelling.

 

My hobby is nutrition. I love food, cooking with vegetables which are  seasonally  cultivated in my own garden.

It is healthy diet which I am devoted to since my childhood. 

My heart desire is to support people who wants to change their eating habits and to lose weight in the long term.

We all know the importance of maintaining a healthy diet also to boost our health physically.

Stress-free strategies, find out ways to live a more balanced lifestyle. Be more aware of your senses, e.g. the smell, texture and taste of your meal.

Low-intensity cardio exercise could be the answer to a healthy fitness regime and will boost your endurance and metabolic rate.

-The process usually begins with an interview, which provides the basis for identifying eating behaviours that need to be changed and helping to form healthy eating habits.

-Assessing the individual usual dietary intake , set priorities.

-Providing information, educational materials, support and follow-up care to help the individual make and maintain the needed dietary changes.

-Help with the shopping, if desired

-Sport activity, e.g. Nordic Walking, Walk and Talk

Coaching:

-A one-on-one counseling service designed to help you to improve your eating habits and encourage you to a healthy relationship to food.

-Once the needed changes have been identified, it is important to set realistic goals, short-term, mid-term and in the long-term.

-Create an individual action plan.
